Zachary Aaron Kessinger, 44, of Napoleon, Ohio passed away December 28, 2019. Zachary was born on August 12, 1975 to Jamie (Chamberlin) Benson and Bryan Cook.
Zachary is survived by his parents; Jamie Benson and Bryan Cook; fiancée Darla Paxton; children: Brandon and Tatum; stepchildren: Carlie, Brett, & Marlena Schooley; sister: Meggan Wright; brothers: Marvin Courtney Wright, Joseph E. Benson, Bryan A. Cook; half-brother: Brian Kessinger; granddaughter: Emerson; nieces: Kaitlynn E,. Kelly E, & Kenzie E Parsons, Miley E Davis,Loryn and Haliegh Wright.; and his beloved cat: Lynx.
Zachary was raised in Texas, Ohio and was a member of the class of 1994 at Liberty Center High School and Four County Vocational School. He worked as a drywall finisher along with his dad. Zachary was known for his wit, his quick comebacks, all the facts he knew, the movie lines he would quote, and the jokes he would tell. He loved Star Wars, but was unable to see the final movie. Zachary was an avid Cleveland Browns fan, and loved to go golfing and canoeing. He had many gaming friends from Scotland and his favorite game was World of Warcraft. Zachary loved food and won his family’s pancake championship by eating over 20 pancakes. His family was very important to him and he was known as an all-around great guy. Zachary will be greatly missed by everyone.
Visitation for Zachary will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2020 from 2:00 -8:00 PM in the Hanneman Funeral Home, 302 E. Maple Street, Liberty Center, Ohio 43532. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 at 11:30 AM in the funeral home.
