Alice Fay Prater

Alice "Fay" Prater, 85, of Willard passed away on March 3, 2023. She was born to Forrest and Evelyn (Jones) Howell. She met Meredith Prater at Pioneer Balloon Company. They were happily married for 67 years. 

Alice leaves behind to treasure her memory her husband, Meredith, and  her son Brian (Linda) Prater. Also surviving are grandchildren; Stacy (Paul) Gardner and Brad (Morgan) Prater, and great-grandchildren; Vivienne Vanderpool, Kamdyn Vanerpool, Ashtyn Gardner, Tatum Prater, Tenley Prater, and Teagan Prater. Alice was preceded in death by her parents, and brother Glenn Howell. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southern Care Hospice or Willard Church of Nazarene. Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 8, 2023 from 10:00 am until the time of her funeral service at 12:00 pm at Hanneman Funeral Home 323 Myrtle Ave. Willard, Ohio. Internment will follow at Centerton Cemetery in Willard, Ohio.
