Alice "Pat" (Mowrey) Roeder

Alice "Pat" Roeder passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. 

Pat was born on September 20, 1934 in Weston, West Virginia to Doyle and Goldie (Harper) Mowrey. She met her high school sweetheart, Raymond Roeder, at Lima South High School and they were married on September 19, 1953.

Pat is survived by her husband, Raymond; children: Jill (Kenneth) Parry, Linda (Daniel) Necci, Robert (Susan) Roeder, and Daniel (Teresa) Roeder; grandchildren: Daniel (Brittany) Necci, Ryan (Valerie) Necci, Kelly (Sean) Johnson, Nicole Parry, Tyler Roeder, Shelby Roeder, Nickolas (Haleigh) Roeder, Kristen (Aaron) Exmeyer; great-grandchildren: Lillian, Isabella, Anthony and Violet Grace Necci, Emily and Samuel Exmeyer, Estella and Lane Roeder. She is also survived by her sisters Lenora "Peggy" Beery and Eva Hopkins. Pat was preceded in death by her son, Michael, and brothers Edward, Robert, and Dale Mowrey.

After high school, Pat attended the Lima Business College and completed the Savings and Loan Institute. She worked at the gift wrap counter at Woolworth's and retired as the head teller from First Federal of Michigan. Pat was an avid Detroit Tigers fan and loved playing bridge. For over 10 years, she served as a Cub Scout Den Mother and she was part of the Ocean Resorts Florida community for more than 20 years. 

Visitation for Pat will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 9:30 am until the time of her Celebration of Life Service at 10:30 am in the Hanneman-Siferd Funeral Home, 506 N. Cable Road, Lima, Ohio. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Lima.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Foundation.
