Dee J Julian

Dee J. Julian, 73, of Lima, passed away on March 17, 2024 at 4:52 pm., at St Rita’s Medical Center. He was born on June 3, 1950,  in Bloomington, IN., the son of Kenneth A., and Clara L. (Gilbert) Julian. Both parents preceded him in death.

Dee was a jack of many trades, his most recent was where he was retired from, and that was St. Rita’s Medical Center, in dietary. He was primarily in retail management and also was a cook as well, for several area restaurants. He was an avid reader, loved the outdoors and gardening, but his real love was for his family, his children and grandchildren. He taught them many things, and loved to let them do the things their parents wouldn’t let them do. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed life. He will be missed by those he knew.

He survived by two daughters; Sara (Joseph Lewis) Julian, and Daniella (Rickie) Julian-Kistner: a son; Josh Julian: and two sisters; Nola K (Kenneth) Peabody of Tx., and Yolanda Julian of MI. His grandchildren are; Dakota, Adrian, Julianna, Christian, TJ, Gracie, Bella, and Aaron. His nieces and nephews include; Christina, Ame, Lisa, Damon, Michael, Erin, Jill, and Paul.

Friends may call at HANNEMAN-SIFERD FUNERAL HOME, 506 N. Cable Rd., Lima Ohio 45805, on Monday, March 25, 2024 from 11 am -1pm, followed by a service officiated by Pastor Bob Mowery. Burial will immediately follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima. The family has asked that their guests please wear flannel shirts and comfortable, casual clothing, as that’s what Dee would like.
