Donna Sackett

Donna L. Sackett, 92, of Northwood, Ohio and formerly of Stevensville, Michigan passed away April 14, 2024. Donna was born on October 28, 1931 to the late Lawrence and Anna (Regan) Lee.

Donna is survived by her daughter: Karen (Frank) Oles; stepdaughter Sandra Bolhuis, stepson Jeffery (Susan) Sackett; 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; sister Mary Ann Morrow; and brother Lawrence (Dolores) Lee. Donna was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bernard, son Robert James Rhodes, stepson Steven Sackett, and sister Joyce McTague.

Donna graduated from Stevensville High School and a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Stevensville. She loved to go to rummage sales, do crafts, and feeding the local wildlife. Donna also loved hummingbirds. She loved watching soap operas, especially General Hospital and watching Hallmark movies.

Visitation for Donna will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 9:00 AM until the time of her funeral service at 10:00 AM in Starks & Menchinger Chapel, 2650 Niles Road, St. Joseph, MI 49085 with burial to immediately follow in Lincoln Charter Township Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be gifted to the Humane Society.
