Marjorie A. Laird

Marjorie A. Laird, 94, of Fremont, passed away Monday, Feb. 17, 2020, at her residence.
She was born April 4, 1925, in Seneca County, the daughter of William and Clara (Nick) Thom. She was a 1943 graduate of Calvert High School, Tiffin. On Dec. 1, 1945, she married Robert Laird at St. Joseph's Church, Tiffin, and he preceded her in death Feb. 26, 2012.
Surviving are two daughters, Kathleen Holden of Fostoria and Nancy Laird-Everett of Fremont; a son, Chris of Fremont; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a son, Robert; two brothers; and two sisters.
Visitation will take place 10-11:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020, at Hanneman-Chudzinski-Keller Funeral Home, 416 S. Arch Street, Fremont.
Her funeral will begin at 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Hanneman-Chudzinski-Keller has been entrusted with the privilege of serving Marjorie's family.
