Tina (Melroy) Mathias, 50 of Forest passed away Friday, September 8, 2023.

Tina was born in Upper Sandusky, Ohio to Thomas and Shelly (Book) Melroy. Tina is survived by her daughter Riane Melroy; grandson: Brayden Melroy; her parents: Shelly Melroy and Thomas (Paula) Melroy; brothers: David (Rhonda) Melroy and Scott (Becky) Melroy and a host of nieces and nephews.

Tina was a 1992 graduate of Upper Sandusky High School and enjoyed reading a good book. More than anything Tina loved her family and had a heart of gold. She would help anyone in a time of need.

Services for Tina will be private for her family.
