William Nash

William I. Nash, 65, of Liberty Center, Ohio passed away March 16, 2020. Bill was born in Wauseon, Ohio to the late William Bruce & Doris Mae (Creps) Nash on June 29, 1954. He married Debra Seedorf on August 3, 1980 and they would have celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary this year.

Bill is survived by his wife Debra; sons: Charles Nash of Liberty Center; Jeffrey (Ahna) Nash of Delta; grandchildren: Peyton & Liam of Delta; sisters: Ruth (Brian) Bomer of Napoleon; Bernice and Berniece Nash both of Liberty Center.

Bill was known as a simple man. Bill was a longtime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Liberty Center. He worked for the Campbell Soup Company for 40 years beginning in 1977. Bill was a huge supporter of Liberty Center High School Football and was a member of their chain crew. He loved to travel and spent time in Michigan and in the Smokey Mountains. Bill’s greatest pride and joy in his life was his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by everyone.

Visitation for Bill will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2020 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM in the Hanneman Funeral Home, 302 E. Maple Street, Liberty Center, Ohio. Additional visitation will be held on Friday, March 20, 2020 from 10:00 AM until the time of his funeral service at 11:00 AM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 8074 County Road T, Liberty Center. Interment will be private for the family.

Memorial Contributions in Bill’s honor may be gifted to St. Paul Lutheran Church or the Charity of the Donor’s Choice.
